The Salesforce Technology Team continues to work on isolating the intermittent login error issue on the AP0 AP1 AP2 CS5 CS6 CS31 instance affecting only a small subset of users from outside APAC. Affected customers can workaround the issue by using the instance URL instead of login.salesforce.com/test.salesforce.com. For example, for users of AP0, please access the service using https://ap.salesforce.com.
