Einstein Discovery Classic Trust and Compliance Documentation

This page is applicable to the services branded as Einstein Discovery Classic (formerly known as BeyondCore).

Description

  • The architecture of, privacy-related certifications received for, and the administrative, technical and physical controls applicable to, Einstein Discovery Classic;
  • Features, restrictions and notices associated with any:
    • Information sourced from third parties or public sources and provided to customers via Einstein Discovery Classic;
    • Einstein Discovery Classic functionality that allows customers to interact with social media and other websites; and
    • Desktop and mobile device software applications provided in connection with the Einstein Discovery Classic; and
  • The infrastructure environment, sub-processors and certain other entities material to Salesforce's provision of Einstein Discovery Classic.

NOTE: Einstein Discovery changed its infrastructure on October 16, 2018, to run on the same infrastructure as Einstein Analytics.

 For Customers who provisioned Einstein Discovery before October 16, 2018, nothing has changed, and your Services are subject to the "Einstein Discovery Classic" Documentation below.

 For Customers who provisioned Einstein Discovery on or after October 16, 2018, Einstein Discovery runs on the same infrastructure as Einstein Analytics, which is covered by our new "Einstein Analytics (including Einstein Discovery)" Documentation.

 For Trust and Compliance Documentation for other services that are associated with or integrate with Einstein Discovery, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Einstein Analytics, please select the appropriate service on the Trust and Compliance Documentation homepage.
